You will be joining a truly connected ANZ Water Solutions business who provide the full suite of consulting services from advisory and engineering through to operations and asset management.Our Water Infrastructure team is a centre of excellence for resilient design on infrastructure projects of all scales across Aotearoa, Australia, and beyond.
Our team works seamlessly across multiple geographies embracing Jacobs culture of flexibility and global teaming.OpportunitiesJacobs are currently looking for Engineers of all levels and disciplines to help grow our team in the Wellington region.By joining us, you will deliver engineering consulting services to support valued clients of ours which will encompass projects including infrastructure upgrades across all disciplines, including civil, hydraulic, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, and asset management.We are looking for people with experience in the Water consulting space such as:Mechanical EngineersCivil EngineersProcess EngineersDrafters/DesignersDesign ManagersProject ManagersSome key skills that are easily transferred into Water are; experience in design consulting, experience with hydraulic modelling, Microstation, AutoCAD Plant3D.Here's what you'll needA tertiary qualification in engineeringStrong technical knowledge and experience in Water Infrastructure engineering designsExperience with procurement planning, construction sequencing, and project programme reportingActively engaging in and developing a safety culture within the office and fieldworkAbility to build constructive, appropriate, and balanced relationships with counterparts and colleaguesAbility to plan, design, read, interpret, and supervise complex engineering projects and assignmentsDesirableChartered Professional Engineer or equivalent.Engineers with experience within the Wellington RegionEngineers within and/or willing to relocate to the Wellington RegionJacobs.
