Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hours per weekGenerous annual leave provisions and professional development opportunitiesThe Analytics for Course Engagement (ACE) Coordinator plays a vital supporting role, working alongside the ACE Project Lead. The Coordinator also provides support functions for the ACE system including coordination of cases, data analysis and administration.
You will be an experienced and highly competent Coordinator, ideally with experience within a tertiary environment. You will be supporting proactive outreach to our students | akonga to enhance student success. As part of the team, there is also an opportunity for you to contribute to the ongoing development of the analytics tool.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A bachelor's level degree in any fieldA high level of interpersonal skills with a passion for contributing to student successA high level of empathy and care for students, particularly for underrepresented communitiesAbility to take care of students' needs while following established proceduresCoordination experience in a Tertiary or large NZ Education organisation would be advantageousThe ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to assist decision making and effective reporting and an understanding of how data can be used to work proactively with at risk studentsExperience in process and system improvementAn alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.If you are highly motivated, can work collaboratively and are a team player first and foremost, whilst also being the sort of person who works well autonomously and just gets on and does what is needed - we need you on our team
