Our busy in-house design studio is looking for a Head of Creative Studio to join our Marketing team.You'll be working with our wonderful and varied clients from Hotels to Casino to Restaurants and yes, even the SkyTower itself.Reporting to the GM - Sales & Marketing, this is an exciting new role that will lead our talented team of creative professionals ensuring all creative output aligns with our brand and strategic goals to develop and execute innovative, engaging and visually stunning creative assets.Combining strategic leadership, creative vision and operational efficiency to drive a cohesive brand experience.A bit about you:8-10+ years experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing, branding agency or in-house studioBachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related fieldStrong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns across multiple formats including digital, print, video and experientialProject management and organisational skills, multitasking in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders of all levelsWhat's great about working at SkyCity:A supportive, diverse company cultureMedical insurance$2.50 cooked meals in our staff cafeteria (there's some healthy salads as well)Staff convenience store (discounted eggs, butter, bread, milk etc)Heavily discounted staff car parkingCareer progressionDiscounts at our outletsFree trips for you plus one as many times as you like up the Sky Tower (if you like heights and not too busy)We are passionate about maintaining a strong sense of team, therefore we require someone with drive, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour.
