The successful candidate will lead a team of IT professionals in delivering innovative solutions that support business growth and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement long-term IT strategies to drive business success.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technological advancements and innovation.Project Management:Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and address issues or bottlenecks.Security and Compliance:Collaborate with the NSCC Cyber Team to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices related to data security and privacy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT experience, including leading ICT application projects and managing project teams.Proven leadership skills, strong analytical, conceptualization, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
