We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate team player to join our clinic.
We currently have a team of eight veterinarians and 22 veterinary nurses/support staff, dedicated to excellence in both veterinary care and customer service.
The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and be striving to offer the best quality veterinary care.We are looking for a veterinarian to join our friendly team in a full-time position.
We roster our veterinarians full-time, working four days per week.
We are looking for someone competent in routine consultations and general surgery.Due to the recent opening of a dedicated afterhours veterinary clinic in Taranaki, there will be no afterhours component required for this position.
The ideal applicant will be confident in their skills and abilities, proactive and motivated, and keen to develop into an excellent team member and veterinarian.Our facilities include three separate surgical suites (dedicated to dentals/dirty procedures, clean procedures and orthopaedics), a large open plan prep and lab station, an isolation ward and separate kennel/cattery areas.We are a modern clinic, well-equipped with digital x-rays, in-house blood analyser, ultrasound, video otoscope, tonometer, blood pressure monitoring, dental x-rays, endoscopy, and other diagnostic aids.
We have an extensive veterinary library and other learning resources available to ensure our staff stay up to date and offer the best solutions to our clients.
