We value collaboration and innovation, embracing Agile methodologies to ensure top-notch development practices.Create customer-centric solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical brilliance.Write clear, efficient, and modular code, making use of widely used libraries and techniques.Design, develop, and implement innovative programs that cater to customer needs.Collaborate with stakeholders and customers directly to deliver exceptional technical solutions.Contribute to collective decision-making on sprint priorities.Showcase your work and promote understanding within the team.What Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's degree or related qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.4+ years of experience in database development.Design and develop complex database schemas, optimizing for performance and maintainability in popular technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions to support application development and data analysis.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and database structures.Good communication skills, a desire to learn and be an excellent team player.Previous experience working in an Agile environment.Please Note: Only applicants who are legally entitled to work in New Zealand will be considered.
