Our centres are warm, welcoming, and whanau-centric, ensuring every child feels safe, nurtured, and inspired to learn.We are seeking a qualified and registered early childhood teacher with leadership experience to join and lead our team at Swinburn House.
You will work closely with our ECE Manager and dedicated team to deliver fantastic early childhood education and provide meaningful learning experiences.What we're looking for:A passionate self-starter who is skilled, experienced, and able to hit the ground running.A strong, reliable team player who is flexible, hardworking, and enthusiastic.A teacher who is qualified and registered.Someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, committed to fostering positive connections with tamariki, whanau, and staff.A professional who understands and applies the Ministry of Education, ERO, Teachers Council documents and expectations.A teacher who values whanau-centred, small, intimate, and homely environments.A lifelong learner, committed to professional development and the ongoing enhancement of teaching practices.What we offer:A supportive and close-knit team with great work-life balance (no excessive after-hours meetings
