About the opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a qualified and registered Optometrist to join our service on a permanent part-time basis. We can consider Locum Optometrist opportunities as well.
We are looking for an enthusiastic optometrist to join our team at Oscar Wylee Palmerston North on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week).
Eye examinations include OCT, autorefraction, and NCT, performed by pre-testers prior to the appointment. Testing times are negotiable.
Base salary is equivalent to $120,000 full-time pro rata'd, depending on experience level, plus performance-based bonuses available each month.
Naturally, we're looking for professionals capable of delivering a leading practice testing experience and effective eye care and recommendations to patients of diverse demographics.
Our Optometrists succeed when the whole team succeeds. Therefore, it is important that you are able to build meaningful relationships with others and collaborate effectively to ensure a positive and friendly patient experience.
Equally, it is important our Optometrists are supported so we routinely invest in our team members with traineeships and other training and development activities.
