IT Trainer required with expertise in delivering SharePoint training ABOUT THE ROLE Our customer seeks an experienced Trainer in delivering SharePoint workspaces training to their National Office, frontline, and regional locations. This role involves not only delivering training sessions but also supporting the development of new training modules and providing ongoing assistance with SharePoint-related queries. You will collaborate with a dedicated change team to ensure effective training and communication strategies throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include: Deliver engaging SharePoint training sessions to staff.Collaborate in the development of new training modules and enhancements to existing materials.Provide ongoing support for SharePoint queries from staff.Facilitate the upskilling of internal staff in training delivery.Work alongside the change team to ensure effective training and communication strategies.KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: Training Experience: Confident and energetic trainer with strong presentation skills.Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with M365 SharePoint.Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.Adaptability: Ability to grow training capacity to meet project timelines effectively.If you'd like to learn more, please contact Chris Gibbons (Principal Consultant) on ******** to have a confidential discussion.
