Together, we care about our people and our place, about the future of farming and New Zealand.THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Engineering Manager you will provide strategic and engineering leadership to the Kapuni site - one of the company's largest production and distribution facility. This role reports directly into the Site Manager and works in close synergy with the leaders across operational and supply chain leaders, and national support services across the Ballance group.No two days are the same and your role responsibilities includes:Lead the engineering team to get the best out of the plant.Overseeing the projects team, delivering diverse range of projects over multiple disciplines.Support the business to develop & implement strategic plans to position the Kapuni asset for the future.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THIS ROLEYou're a confident team player who understands the responsibilities of the company and the seriousness of the role.
