About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and take a key role in designing developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for customizing Salesforce platforms to support complex business requirements ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and driving continuous improvements in platform performance. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work across multiple teams to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs - Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms using API's and other tools - Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and implement requirements - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Ensure data quality security and compliance within Salesforce environments Skills and Experience - Extensive experience in Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and API integrations - Strong background in Salesforce configuration automation and customization - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST SOAP or other APIs - Knowledge of agile methodologies with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments - Salesforce certifications e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I II are a plus - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders Culture Our team is passionate about technology and delivering innovative solutions that make a difference.
