Your goal will be to deliver positive customer experiences while meeting sales and retention objectives.Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between 8AM - 7PM (set shifts)Hybrid working, 2 days in office & 3 days from home. Full-time office work is allowed.Annual leave entitlement 4 weeks + 2 extra daysGiving back days - leave days for charity workSouthern Cross - wellbeing one plan is coveredIncentive scheme on top of salaryFruit, coffee & moreYour Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers via inbound, outbound, and digital channels to deliver tailored solutions.Conduct high-quality conversations to achieve customer satisfaction and sales success.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions.Contribute to team performance goals and a high-achieving team culture.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in frontline sales or customer service.Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Resilience and optimism in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Why Work with Us?This is a chance to join a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and excellence.
