Accounts Assistant - Trojan Holdings LimitedWe're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Assistant, based in the heart of Central Queenstown. You'll be part of a fun, collaborative, and close-knit team, but also need to be comfortable working independently, managing your workload, and meeting deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive and dynamic work environment.About You:You'll have a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and a professional approach. Fluency in Excel and prior experience with financial systems are essential for success in this role. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will also be critical as you interact with various stakeholders across the business.Key Responsibilities:Process supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyPrepare supplier paymentsHandle all accounts payable queries and resolve issues efficientlyEnter accounts receivable invoices accurately and efficientlyBank reconciliationsReconcile customer accounts and assist with credit controlGeneral office tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously when required.
