What will you do? We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Assistant to join our team.
This is a high-level coordination role where you will manage various administrative tasks, including managing consultant invoices and agreements, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate financial and documentation records.
As a Design Assistant, you'll also support design meetings by taking minutes, conducting project audits, and promoting effective communication across teams.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Key responsibilities but are not limited to: Assist with preparing resourcing budgets and reviewing team timesheets against design team budgets.Assist with auditing portfolio projects for compliance.Assist in forecasting consultant expenditure for FY budgets, approvals, and coding.Organise and document monthly design meetings, manage scheduling, and prepare presentation materials.Maintain and update the consultant information register.What's in it for you?
