Personal Assistant to General Manager and Divisional Leadership Team (DLT) – SMHSMo te tunga | About the role The Specialist Mental Health Service (SMHS) at Health NZ Te Whatu Ora – Waitaha Canterbury is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community. This position is based at Hillmorton.
Role Responsibility: As Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager (GM) and Operations Manager (OM), you will support the GM's Office and Divisional Leadership Team in the following ways:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM and OM, including diary coordination, minute-taking, agenda preparation, and travel arrangements.Act as a liaison, linking the GM's Office with activities across various services and sites.Support the DLT in achieving SMHS's strategic objectives.Manage communications to and from the GM's office.To succeed in this role, you will have: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Accountability for your actions and a results-driven approach.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to show initiative.A commitment to quality outcomes.A friendly and approachable demeanour, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and staff.A high level of confidentiality and professionalism.A proactive approach to feedback and relationship building.If you are passionate about making a difference in the health sector and are looking for a role that enables you to contribute to meaningful change, we encourage you to apply
