Mo te Tunga | About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Information Systems Trainer to join our Information Systems & Technology (IST) Group.
This key role involves delivering comprehensive training sessions to diverse stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring the effective adoption and utilisation of software, hardware, and business systems.
While technical expertise is beneficial, the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery: Provide both in-person and online training to end-users and IST operations staff on business systems, standard applications, and approved devices.Business Systems Materials: Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and plans to support the effective use of business systems applications and technology.Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with project teams, operations staff, and stakeholders to deliver tailored training solutions.This is a full-time, fixed-term position running until December 2025.

Note: The ability to travel and spend periods of time out of Wellington to deliver training and support at off-precinct locations, including Out of Parliament offices, is required.
Therefore, a full driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for the role.
