Waikato Equine Veterinary Centre have an exciting opportunity for an Equine Veterinary Nurse / Technician to join our amazing nursing team.The role:This is a permanent, part time role which is worked from Wednesday to Sunday. Hours worked on Wednesday to Friday are 8am – 5pm with Saturday and Sunday being dependent on our workload, which can fluctuate given the seasonal nature of our work. As part of our nursing team, you will be involved in many aspects of equine nursing including in-field work, surgical nursing, daily in-patient care, and emergency cases.This role gives you the opportunity to work together with a group of highly professional, passionate and skilled colleagues in a fun working environment. With our state-of-the-art facility and highly experienced team, we cater to all equine athletes and leisure horses with fourteen veterinarians, thirteen nurses and eleven office staff.
