This full-time Supervisor role involves leading a small Document Destruction team to ensure timely production of paper bales for export, along with maintaining our vehicle fleet. Predominantly Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays, the role requires a proactive, organized, hands-on individual with an OSH and F-endorsed forklift license.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:The role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure the efficient ongoing operations of document destruction across 2 shiftsLeading, monitoring, and mentoring your team to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceededEnsure all processes, policies, regulations and requirements are adhered toProvide relevant reports and commentary to management as requestedThe ability to coach and train is essentialEnsure Health and Safety standards are followedSupporting the destruction drivers and wider teamOther associated duties as requiredABOUT YOUYou are someone who easily connects with people from all walks of life, takes direction well, and approaches daily tasks with professionalism and a can-do attitude.Proven experience in manufacturing/factory environments with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectivelyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level or above)Energetic, organized, and able to manage time effectively while multitasking efficientlyPhysically fit, healthy, and capable of lifting heavy loads when requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA proactive approach to driving improvements in processes and ensuring complianceFlexibility to work on weekends when needed (details to be discussed during the interview)WHAT'S ON OFFERThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of a motivated, passionate, and diverse team within a company that values and rewards outstanding performance.
