Brand Manager-International (Parental Leave Cover) Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Full time In this 12 month Parental Leave cover , we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to support the Head of Marketing – International, with the marketing enablement of Constellation Brand's leading international portfolio of wine brands including Robert Mondavi and The Prisoner Wine Company. As a key liaison between US brand and international markets, you'll align regional and global strategies and deliver marketing platforms, assets, and toolkits for global brand consistency and top-tier execution. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Contribute to International brand planning process to develop international regional tactical plans that align to global brand strategies Partner with regional teams to support best-in-class executions with global brand consistency and efficiencies Lead the development and dissemination of international marketing platforms, initiatives and toolkits Partner with regional marketing teams to plan and execute partnerships and activations Analyse performance data to provide insights into regional brand performance About you A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field A minimum of 5 years' experience in a specialised marketing role, including brand experience Experience leading a team A lateral thinker – ability to think out of the box. Strong flair but grounded with pragmatism. Comfortable working across different time zones, as meetings outside of business hours will occasionally be required.
