We are committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity, champions equal rights, and embraces individuals of all cultures and races without discrimination.Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.Perform daily stock-taking procedures in accordance with company policies to maintain accurate inventory records.Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, following all company payment policies and guidelines.Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills when handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory solutions.Order and restock products in line with management directives, maintaining optimal stock levels.Maintain accurate pricing and product labeling across all items in the store.Present and display products effectively, creating an appealing in-store experience for customers.Advise and educate customers on product usage, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs.Receive and manage incoming goods, ensuring proper handling and stock placement.Implement visual merchandising standards, keeping displays attractive, organized, and up-to-date.Job Requirements:Be the Real You: Authentic, positive, and enthusiastic about customer interactions.Confidence with Customers: Ability to engage comfortably and genuinely with all types of customers.Friendly Behavior: A warm, approachable demeanor that makes customers feel welcomed.Physical Capability: Ability to perform heavy lifting when receiving stock shipments.Retail Attitude: Strong work ethic, dedication, and a customer-first mindset.Product Knowledge: Knowledge of vaping products is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.Eagerness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and product information.Work Flexibility: Willingness to work long shifts, contributing positively to team and store goals.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
