NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated people to support individuals in their own homes.We are looking for casual support workers to help the Rangatahi and Tamariki in our disability intensive support services in our Taranaki residential homes.Our Support Workers assist Rangatahi and Tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community. Having experience with disability is an advantage, however, it is not essential.A desire to support our Rangatahi and Tamariki to learn new skills and achieve outcomesPrior experience supporting others with aspects of daily living, preferably those living with intellectual or physical disabilitiesIdeally, experience working with children or youthFull driver's licence and confidence to safely transport passengers in our disability vans (training provided)Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekendsAt NZCL, we're passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and reflects the communities we serve.
