This role includes coordinating inputs from other F&A teams and consultants, ensuring high-quality analysis, project planning, and direction. The focus will be on technical reporting, capital, and balance sheet impacts of the M&A completion.Responsibilities also include reviewing the PSA, developing operational steps for finance accountabilities, acting as a liaison for Finance and Actuarial contributions to integration, analysing complex business acquisition issues, and providing timely, accurate accounting advice. Additionally, the Lead will deliver detailed action plans for F&A teams, emphasizing risk governance and clear accountability.This role offers a Permanent full-time contract and embraces flexible working arrangements. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, with occasional office attendance required on an ad hoc basis, ensuring a harmonious balance between business needs and personal flexibility.Your StoryRLA has adopted Agile ways of working, providing a flexible environment for individuals to make a significant contribution to our success through the application of their skill and experience.
