This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of design, configuration, and problem management services in both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring operational protocols are executed with precision.Key Responsibilities:Offer design, configuration, and problem management services in high-complexity environments.Oversee the resolution of incidents, problems, and customer change requests, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Conceive and implement technical solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.Lead project delivery, manage business-as-usual operations, and provide maintenance support.Deliver training, documentation, and advisory support for the team.What You'll Bring:To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Strong experience in managing and configuring switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking technologies.Technical expertise in supporting distributed enterprise networks with multiple technologies and services.A deep understanding of the operational requirements in a complex, multi-vendor production environment.Strong knowledge of key technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, F5 BIG-IP, Meraki SD-WAN, Megaport services, and Azure cloud networking.Familiarity with formal IT disciplines, methodologies, and techniques like change enablement and service level management.How to Apply:If you're a Senior Network Engineer looking for your next challenge, we encourage you to apply today Alternatively, for more information, feel free to contact George Mitrakas at ******.
