Your primary objectives are growing sales in Victoria, Australia through in market and remote sales activity to best execute on the agreed sales plans using a customer first, insights led, consultative selling methodology. With the opportunity to see how our business has an impact up close, spending significant time in the market and in front of customers. Our customers want to make a difference to their communities. You'll help us help them do this.Qualifications, Essential Skills & Attributes:Bachelor's degree in Business (ideally)Minimum 2 years sales experience in B2B category or related field (preferably in a consultative selling environment)A good knowledge of the geography within Victoria and had experience selling consultatively in the professional market thereExcellent rapport and relationship building skillsCommercially savvy and an excellent negotiatorStrong with systems and technology - power user of Hubspot and Microsoft Office suiteSharp with the numbers and quick to identify patterns, issues and opportunitiesGood understanding of marketing as relates to salesAble to represent the company and its values with the utmost integrityLive (and lead) our values and all that they mean:
