Our team is responsible for the nutritional management of clients and families with chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, obesity or progressing through our bariatric surgery pathway.
This role will suit someone who has previous experience working with people with chronic kidney disease and bariatrics and has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams.The ideal applicant is self-motivated and enjoys working in a flexible and challenging environment, has great verbal and written interpersonal skills, able to think outside the box and be efficient in time management.
You consistently strive for a patient centred care approach to practice and enjoy working both independently and as part of a strong quality-focused team.
You will have an awareness and understanding of cultural safety, especially in relation to your dietetic practice.
