This is an opportunity to shape the future of our data-driven solutions for agencies and strategic partners while establishing Tracksuit as a thought leader in the brand-building ecosystem.In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise, product vision, and commercial acumen to build products and develop thought leadership that empower our partners and elevate Tracksuit's influence in the brand landscape.This role sits at the intersection of data science, product development, and partnerships.
You'll join a new high-impact, cross-functional team to build out a new product in a well-validated problem space from 0 to 1.Some key responsibilities:Product Development: Define and curate Tracksuit's brand dataset: Work with our Research team to deepen our brand data moat.
Build insights platforms for agencies and partners, making data accessible, relevant, and actionable.
Co-lead the end-to-end product development cycle, from conceptualization to implementation, incorporating statistical analyses, Generative AI, and advanced modeling.Thought Leadership: Identify the most pressing questions in the brand-building landscape and establish Tracksuit's reputation by answering them, as well as leverage existing data or explore new partnerships and methodologies to create compelling, actionable insights for the brand-building community.Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with partners like Google, TikTok, and Meta to design and execute experiments that drive measurable value for partners and Tracksuit while balancing rigor, relevance, and cost-effectiveness.You'll also be part of our rapidly growing Data team.
We currently have four Data Engineers and two Data Scientists leading the company-critical work of building and leveraging Tracksuit's data assets.So...what are we looking for?Has 4+ years experience as a Data Scientist, ideally with product development experience in marketing agencies or advertising platforms.Mastery of SQL and a scripting language like Python or R and experience conducting sophisticated statistical analyses and crafting compelling narratives and visualizations from data.
Experience with causal inference and implementing MMMs is a plus.Strong experience productizing analyses-as-a-product, with an end-to-end understanding of querying, analysis, and prototyping.
Past experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering is essential.Expertise in survey data, with a clear understanding of its capabilities and limitations & familiarity with Generative AI and its application in product development.Strong product & commercial acumen: You will have a demonstrated ability to contribute to product vision & deliver impactful solutions, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and be driven by impact and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
