Nightshift Dispatcher

MOVe Logistics & Warehousing is seeking a highly organized and motivated Night Shift Warehouse Dispatcher to join our dynamic warehousing team. As a critical point of communication between drivers, warehouse personnel, and management, you will ensure that night operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have experience in dispatching, a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to applyKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of all outgoing orders.Communicate effectively with drivers to provide route instructions, load details, and updates.Track shipments and report status to warehouse management; proactively address delays or issues.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure availability and correct shipment of goods.Maintain logs and records for all shipments, updating tracking systems in real-time.Respond to any urgent needs or last-minute changes, ensuring smooth nightly operations.Uphold safety and compliance standards in all dispatch activities.Qualifications:Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a logistics/warehousing role preferred.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with dispatch and warehouse management software.Willingness to work night shifts and occasional weekends.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00amPre-employment medical/drug tests and Police checks are part of the recruitment process.If you think you have what it takes to contribute to the ongoing success of our hardworking and fun team - then apply NOW
