The Portabello Clinic is one of London's most prestigious GP clinics and it cares for a wide range of patients from all over the world, many of them well known VIP's.
The practice remains traditional at heart.The Medical Secretary role is a very exciting one as you will work closely with two GPs to support the care for their patients.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support in Primary Care.
The team is friendly and you will enjoy working in our prestigious private clinic.Duties will include:Providing full secretarial support to GPsManaging patient appointmentsLiaising with patients and hospital staff as requiredProviding general admin supportYou will have a calm, patient and polite telephone manner and you will have the ability to explain sometimes complicated processes to our patients.
The role is interesting and challenging; you will be properly trained and supported working onsite in a small and friendly team.
