**Data Management:** - Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our database, ensuring information is up-to-date and complies with company standards.
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and amendments while verifying all necessary documentation.

**Problem Solving:** - Analyze client concerns and feedback to propose effective solutions, escalating complex issues to the relevant department as necessary.
- Collaborate with the claims department to facilitate prompt resolution of claims inquiries.

**Support and Administrative Tasks:** - Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to client support metrics for management review.
- Participate in special projects as needed, demonstrating strong project management skills to ensure timely completion.

**Training and Development:** - Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance your knowledge of our products and services, market trends, and customer service best practices.
- Share feedback and insights from client interactions to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
