We are looking for a stand out Store Manager to join their reputable brand at Wellington Airport.

Generous 50% discount off the whole store On going Training and Development opportunities Achievable monthly and yearly bonus structure upto $15k per year Supportive and Fun team culture  Have the flexibility to run the store as if it were your own The Role: In this job you will be responsible for all Retail Operations and leading the team, including but not limited to: Inspiring and developing a team of up to 4 to drive sales targets and KPIs Be a brand ambassador and work alongside and support our other Christchurch store Ensuring a high level of customer service is being provided Being a strong and genuine salesperson who enjoys building relationships with customers Product training, merchandising, stocktakes, stock management and rostering About you: Our Client is looking for someone with a can do positive attitude with proven experience in a similar role, you'll also be: Strong leadership experience in a Store Manager or similar position Ability to inspire and drive sales results through your team.
Hold a high standard of personal appearance and presentation  A passion for mens fashion and styling is a must
