It is close to the Roslyn village shops, Balmacewen Golf Club and public transport.
It's only a few minutes' drive from Dunedin's city centre.About The RoleAs the Chef you are accountable for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards as well as for the overall efficient and effective management of the team to ensure a quality service is provided to the residents.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeEnsuring there is full compliance to the approved Food Control PlanComplying with all food safety requirements and maintaining high level of hygiene at all timesPreparing and cooking set meals to residents' satisfaction in a timely mannerBuilding and managing rapport with direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance developmentQualificationsAbout You:You will be a highly motivated and skilled Chef with excellent time management skills.
To be successful you will bring:Proven experience in managing a successful team in a similar environmentFinancial acumenThe ability to empower team by passing on culinary knowledgeSound understanding of Food Safety PlansA Chef Qualification is preferredAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
