This role is all about manaakitanga, connecting with people, and ensuring that everyone who visits Mercy Hospice feels supported and valued.As the first point of contact for patients, whanau, manuhiri (visitors), and kaimahi (staff), you will play a crucial role in upholding our values by creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and cared for.As the face of Mercy Hospice, you will:Welcome patients, whanau, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.Provide outstanding customer service while managing reception tasks, phone calls, and inquiries.Keep things running smoothly by supporting various departments.Assist with technology systems, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.Ko wai koe?
