As the Senior Corporate Analyst your role involves transforming the overarching company strategy and leading the modeling and development of the long-term corporate plan. This includes helping management assess the progress and effectiveness of strategic plans and investments, with a particular focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. The position also requires forecasting for various scenarios, incorporating modelling to identify risk factors that could impact long-term business growth. Additionally, the role entails assisting in the development of investor reporting for the company's owners. This requires collaboration and relationship-building with all stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these responsibilities. By working closely with various teams and individuals, the aim is to ensure that the company's strategic objectives are met and communicated effectively. Ko to mahi – what you'll do Run valuation process with external valuers. Modelling and analysis for long-term financial strategies and impairment testing. ESG reporting and scenario analysis. Develop a customer obsessed culture. Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself, your team and our people. Na tou rourou - what you'll bring Must have strong financial modelling skills. Critical thinker with experience in interpreting variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet and cash. Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting along with experience with consolidating large sets of financial data. Good accounting skills including a base knowledge of cash management and IFRS and its business application. Demonstrated competence in continuous improvement. Effective stakeholder communications. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Investment bank or big four background preferred.
