As an Accor franchise property, this role always delivers to the guest the product and service experience that is consistent with the Novotel brand and the Accor Heartist principles.Responsibilities | Nga haepapaDrive revenue to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue.Account for stock utilized in the operation and order all stock through the company purchasing system as required.Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.Be proactive in controlling costs, being fully aware of forecasted business and targeted profitability while maintaining standards.Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the restaurant by optimizing productivity with the lowest possible cost.
