All about the job We are seeking a customer-focused, friendly person to work on Saturday afternoons (12:30 – 7:00pm) at Arena Fitness Centre.
This role will embrace your passion for creating a fantastic customer experience and provide you with a dynamic and friendly team.
You will be responsible for:
Carrying out fitness assessments and setting effective exercise programmes to assist our members to achieve their fitness goals.Confirming new memberships and completing new member inductions.Providing tours of the gym premises.Ensuring our Arena Fitness Centre is tidy, well presented, and operating at a high level.Answering customer enquiries and confirming membership.Covering at reception.Completing general administrative tasks including updating membership records and members' files.All about you You will have worked in the health and fitness industry and will have completed some tertiary qualifications in Sport Exercise or Health and Fitness.
You'll need to show us that you:
Have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Science or Health and Fitness at Level 4 Personal Training or higher.Have great communication skills and thrive on motivating others to achieve their goals.Have a current first aid certificate.Have demonstrated initiative and are able to work unsupervised and in a team.Always provide a high level of customer service and communication skills.Are a team player and have a willingness to pull together to get the work done.What you need to do now Come and join our Arena Team and be part of our welcoming and engaging environment.
