Apply now and join our team in Melbourne, AustraliaIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide timely response to customer requests for service and ensure timely execution of planned maintenance activities.Co-ordinate contract personnel on site where appropriate.Provide phone support for Emerson clients.Undertake or raise technical investigations in response to customer requirements.Develop and compile high quality technical investigation reports.Provide technical advice to customers, arranging follow-up on more difficult matters.Work on larger Control System implementation projects if required.Deliver system and software upgrades and configuration often on site with our existing clients.Provide support to other Emerson service branches as required.Use Service Management Office (SMO) operating procedures and templates or Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scope.Update technical knowhow about product lines through own initiatives and company sponsored training.Maintain appropriate documentation for all service or project related tasks and submit in a timely manner.Who You Are:You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and quickly and significantly act in a constantly evolving and unexpected situation.
