A newly created position, our client seeks a customer-centric leader of people and process to continue to drive service excellence into their IT Support and Engineering disciplines.What you will do:You will lead a highly engaged team of Service Desk, Application/Technical Support, and Infrastructure engineers, who work in support of their colleagues across Australasia.
In this newly created position, you will have a significant opportunity to drive improvement into their service delivery and continue the good work of the teams around you.We are looking for a leader of people and process, who can drive the vision of Service Delivery.
You'll have a natural instinct to be out front with the business, spotting opportunities for improvement and service excellence, while championing the needs of the business.Your work will be made easier by a supportive and highly engaged CIO, and a work culture of support, engagement, fun, and teamwork.Skills and experience we are looking for:We are looking for a leader here, not a manager, someone who can lead the vision of Service Delivery.
