It is important to us that we remain leaders in the field when it comes to our work processes, health & safety, and environmental systems.Key Role: Forestry ManagerRequirementsKey accountabilities include:Best practice management of health, safety, and the environmentManaging establishment/silviculture crews to a high level of performanceClient management, budgeting, and reportingAssisting with property valuations, land use planning, and due diligence on propertiesGeneral forestry/property management activitiesIdeally, you will be tertiary qualified in Forestry or have equivalent experience, along with a proven track record, including at least 2 years in a Forest Management role.You'll also need excellent interpersonal and team skills, along with great communication - including the ability to build and maintain key relationships. With sound computer literacy, you will have the ability to put together reports and information for management. Other key attributes include being practically minded, and a quick thinker, with the ability to find workable solutions.
