The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain positive work relationships, as well as possess proficiency in NZ Sign Language.The Role:Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical operations with strategic objectives.Develop and implement long-term IT infrastructure improvement plans.Lead technical projects using change management and project management methodologies.Ensure system reliability, security and efficiency.Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement of IT tools and services.Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Required Skills and Qualifications:IT tertiary qualification (Level 7 or higher) in IT or Computer Science.5+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role with a proven track record.Strong commercial management and excellent communication skills.Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms and network operations.Ability to build and maintain positive work relationships.Proficiency in NZ Sign Language (or a commitment to learn).
