We are looking for reliable, honest, hardworking people to become part of the VLS team As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing rosters, and working as a team to carry out sample processing and testing of fruit, ensuring all general lab operations are working smoothly and ensuring the team is following process. Weekend availability is a requirement, and please be aware this is a 6 day a week roster to ensure shifts and operations are adequately supported.

This role will start early January and go through the kiwifruit season. We are passionate about growing and developing our team and offer excellent on-the-job training. Attributes we are looking for:
