This role is responsible for managing product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a full-time onsite position that requires strong leadership, the ability to drive urgency, and effective collaboration across departments and international stakeholders.As a Project Delivery Lead, you will:Develop and oversee project plans, including sprint planning, financial tracking, and progress monitoring.Ensure on-time project delivery by identifying risks and implementing innovative mitigation strategies, ensuring project documentation is maintained in M-Files, Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems.Manage multiple projects—handling 5 to 10 projects simultaneously.Manage budgets, including capital expenditure justification and cost tracking.Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with both onsite and overseas stakeholders.Report on project status through clear and concise presentations to global and regional councils.Adapt to varying time zones to facilitate effective communication and project progress across regions.Be open to international travel when required to support project execution and collaboration.About YouWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
