Job Description As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Your responsibilities will include: Reception:  You will be reception based and have reception duties Team Leadership:  Guide and mentor our team with clarity and positivity, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
Operational Management:  Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, management, and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.
Patient-Centric Care:  Address patient inquiries and ensure exceptional care to maintain our practice's reputation for excellence.
Financial Oversight:  Manage budgeting and billing processes efficiently, maintaining the practice's financial health.
Strategic Collaboration:  Work closely with our clinicians and support team to achieve practice goals and enhance patient experiences.
As a Lumino Practice Manager, you also join a nationwide network of peers, enjoying ongoing learning and development opportunities - with an interesting, challenging career path.  Qualifications To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential) Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology  Additional Information For your chance to make a meaningful impact, drive positive change and lead a fantastic team - please submit your interest today.
