Whether it's sharing stories over a pint or hosting local events, Brew Moon is about fostering community spirit and creating memorable experiences. We are looking for a friendly and experienced Manager to lead our front of house team. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations of our front of house team, curating a diverse and locally focused beverage menu, working alongside the head chef and head brewer on menu changes and additions, and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a passionate group of individuals who truly care about providing the best experience possible. Responsibilities Manage daily operations. Produce rosters and oversee front of house staffing. Manage bookings and functions. Develop and manage beverage menus, working with the head chef and head brewer on upcoming beers, menus, and events. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service. Train and develop staff to provide outstanding service to our guests. Manage inventory levels and ordering. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the establishment. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. The opportunity to represent Brew Moon at trade events and festivals. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in the bar/restaurant industry. A passion for exceptional food and beverage service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead the team. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change. Knowledge of point of sale and inventory management systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
