Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for enhancing the electrical reliability of equipment and plant through effective maintenance practices and procedures.The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off. 2x Days then 2x Nights (12.5 shift).Key accountabilities of the role include:Ensure machinery and plant is maintained to ensure optimum performance, through active scheduled maintenance.Completing preventative and predictive maintenance and supporting breakdowns.Maintenance of electrical control equipment, pumps, motors, VSD's, conveyors, manufacturing and filling equipment etc.Drive factory quality and SHE standards to ensure and demonstrate continued sustainable improvement in safety for the site.Ensure all breakdowns are communicated to the team.Finding solutions to problems and not just identifying them.The successful applicant will have:2 years' experience as a qualified electrician (preferably in an industrial setting but not essential).Strong Health & Safety knowledge and a commitment to our Safety culture.PLC root-cause analysis experience would be useful (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens).Fully Registered Electrician with a current practicing licence - essential.What we offer:You will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
