Maniototo Irrigation Company (MIC) is seeking to employ a new operations team member.This position is based in Ranfurly, Central Otago, and will involve both office and outdoor work on an irrigation scheme.The day-to-day work will vary depending on whether it is irrigation season or off-season.
Tasks may include:Repairs and maintenance jobsWater delivery and recordingWeed control/clearanceResponding to water order requests from shareholdersScheduling gate changesReviewing trends from telemetry units across the schemeCovering for other staff members' days offAny other tasks as requiredA vehicle and laptop for work use will be provided.Pay rate and hours are negotiable for the right candidate (between 25-40 hours per week).Apply online for this role or contact Renee Weir for more information.
