Thischallenging rolewill provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow as you supportour Trades team in the maintenance of site machinery and equipment, which also includes hands-on repairs, project design and project administration.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key requirements for the role:Be a real team player with excellent communication skillsAble to work on a rotating shift structure and be available for call-outs including some weekendsReasonable level of academic successA desire to work within the food/manufacturing industryPhysically fitStrong organisational skills which complement the need to manage a variety of priorities and demands ensuring that you hit targets and deadlinesPrevious experience in a Trades team would be an advantage, however full training will be provided for applicants who show a keen willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
