Technical guidance and career progression will also be facilitated throughout the Graduate Programme, which you will follow along with the rest of your cohort.Additionally, you may have opportunities to support other disciplines within the Stantec Water Team, including dams and dam safety, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
Collaboration across disciplines is encouraged on various projects, providing a well-rounded learning experience.Our Christchurch Civil Team typically works for local district councils and may, however, from time to time, support other regional offices across New Zealand and internally to deliver a variety of projects across the water sector.
