They guide how we work together as a school community and our student motivation and achievement is strong, through the hard work and dedication of a caring and professional staff.We are looking for a brass itinerant teacher to join our successful and well-resourced music department at Manurewa High School for 3-4 hours per week.The ideal candidate will be able to:Work with a diverse range of studentsPrepare students for NCEA performances up to Level 3Encourage students to participate in the extracurricular programmePossibility of additional classroom hoursPlease state brass instrument strengths.For overseas teachers looking to relocate to New Zealand to teach, the terms and conditions including base salary for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement.
The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $59,305 to $95,400 depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
