In our smaller, tight-knit agency, what you do truly matters and has a direct impact on our success.We're on the lookout for a driven individual with 1-2 years of public service experience who's ready to step up and make a difference. If you're passionate about relationship management and have a solid understanding of how government works, we want to hear from you.What you will bring to the team:Strong communication skills - both written and interpersonal - and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisationExperience with accountability documents like Annual Reports, Strategic Intentions, Annual review and Estimates reviewKnowledge of performance reporting and developing performance measuresExperience or interest in risk management and risk reportingA strong understanding of the machinery of government and how it operatesSome knowledge of official correspondence, including the Official Information Act and the Privacy Act would be beneficial.What we offerCrown Law offers flexible working so we'd be happy to chat about what flexible working would look like for you and how we can support that.You will also receive the following:A starting salary range of between $81,064 and $100,370 with further room to progress.
