The purpose of this newly established role is to manage and convert leads through the sales pipeline, whilst providing a best-in-class customer experience.
With significant demand across our global markets, this is a fast paced role suited for an entrepreneurial and driven individual.What are the main responsibilities?Be the point person for incoming leads and potential tutoring clients, managing the process end-to-end, from open to close.Making calls and conducting 1-on-1 Zoom sales calls with prospective students/parents to sell tutoring packages/subscriptionsResponding to inquiries from leads, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within our (CRM) systemProactively working with the marketing team to design effective marketing campaigns and explore ways to better engage with prospective studentsContinuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledgeWhat you'll bringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEntrepreneurial spirit and the desire to buildAttention to detail and a proactive and organised and approach to your workEmpathy for clients and a desire to understand and resolve issuesThe ability to work independently, and a commitment to consistent high-quality workProfessionalism, time management, confidence, positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and go the extra mileExperience in a similar role, ideally within education or professional services (e.g.
marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality, etc.
